CMU Beaver Island & Neithercut Woodland

45cm is providing full construction management services for a new pole barn, Boathouse renovation and roof replacements for Central Michigan University on Beaver Island.  45cm is also providing CM services for roof replacement at CMU's Neithercut Woodland facility near Clare.  The design team includes CMU and Apex Engineering & Management.
