The Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Green Building Rating System is the nationally accepted benchmark for the design, construction and operations of high performance green buildings.  LEED provides building owners and operators the tools they need to have an immediate and measurable impact on their buildings' performance.  LEED promotes a whole building approach to sustainability by recognizing performance in five key areas of human and environmental health:  sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, materials selections and indoor environmental quality.  45cm incorporates LEED and green built philosophies into design and construction and at the same time provide budget monitoring and control.  Implementation of LEED and green built can be challenging, particularly due to its infancy in this region.  45cm has experience with these philosophies and is up for the challenge.
